Delivery

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta.
All orders are shipped after full prepayment.
The standard processing time is 1–3 business days from the moment the order is placed. In rare cases, minor delays may occur.
For pre-orders, shipping takes place within the timeframe specified on the product page.
Shipping costs are paid by the customer upon receipt or through the Nova Poshta app.
International shipping is available with prepayment via Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta. Please indicate your preferred carrier when placing your order.
The usual delivery time is:
Europe, USA, and the UK: from 14 days.Japan, Australia, and the rest of the world: from 21 days.
We do not ship to Russia or Belarus.
If the recipient does not collect the parcel within the free storage period (usually 7 days from the date of delivery), it will be returned to the sender. To arrange a reshipment, please contact us.
Recipient details can be changed through the Nova Poshta app or by contacting us.

Returns & Exchanges

In accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Consumer Protection", you have the right to return or exchange an item of proper quality within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it has not been used and its original condition and appearance have been preserved.

For returns or exchanges, contact us by email (moc.liamg%40olcnimet) or through any other convenient communication channel.

If the return is due to an issue on our part (such as a manufacturing defect or an incorrectly shipped item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is initiated by the customer (for example, the size or color does not fit), the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Exchanges follow the same procedure. If you need a different size or model, please check availability with us before sending the item back.
